These Terms govern your use of emaanaftab.com and any purchase you make. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products & custom stitching

• We sell fabrics that can be supplied Unstitched or stitched to your measurements (Standard or Luxury Stitching). Stitched items are made to order specifically for you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the measurements you provide. We may contact you to confirm measurements before stitching.
• Colours and embroidery may vary slightly from on-screen images due to photography, dye lots, and display settings. Minor handcraft variation is a feature of artisanal work, not a defect.

Pricing & payment

• Prices show in PKR for visitors in Pakistan and USD internationally, and may change without notice.
• The price of a stitched item is the fabric price plus the selected stitching charge.
• We accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, with local digital wallets (JazzCash, Easypaisa) and card payments added as available.
• We may cancel or refuse an order in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or undeliverable addresses.

Shipping, returns & intellectual property

• Delivery times are estimates; see our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.
• All designs, prints, imagery, text, and the Emaan Aftab brand are our property and may not be copied or reproduced.

Liability & governing law

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the courts of Lahore.
