How do I choose the right size?

Use our Size Guide, which lists body measurements for each size. If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up. Unstitched fabric does not require a size as it is tailored to you.

What is the difference between stitched and unstitched?

Stitched (pret) items are ready to wear in standard sizes. Unstitched items are supplied as fabric pieces (1, 2, or 3 piece) for you to have tailored to your measurements.

Which payment methods do you accept?

In Pakistan we accept Cash on Delivery and bank transfer, with local digital wallets coming soon. International orders are processed by card in USD.

How long does delivery take?

Within Pakistan, 3–5 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days.

Is shipping free?

Shipping within Pakistan is free on orders over Rs 7,000; otherwise a flat Rs 250 applies. International shipping is charged at checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes — unworn items with tags can be returned within 7 days. Cut or tailored unstitched fabric, sale items, fragrances, and pierced jewellery are final sale. See our Return & Refund Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use our Track Order page.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Prices are shown in USD and any local duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

Are your prices in PKR or USD?

The store automatically shows PKR for visitors in Pakistan and USD elsewhere. You can switch currency manually using the selector in the header.

How should I care for my garments?

Care instructions are listed on each product page. As a rule, dry clean embellished and festive pieces, and gently hand-wash or machine-wash delicate fabrics cold.

Will the colour match the photos exactly?

We photograph products as accurately as possible, but slight variation can occur due to screens and lighting.
