Return & Refund Policy
Because Emaan Aftab is a made-to-measure brand, our return policy depends on whether your order was stitched to your measurements. Please read the relevant section below.
Unstitched fabric
- Unstitched fabric may be returned within 7 days of delivery if it is unused, uncut, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Once fabric has been cut or tailored, it cannot be returned or refunded.
Stitched (Standard & Luxury Stitching)
- Items stitched to your custom measurements are made specifically for you and are not eligible for return or exchange due to fit, change of mind, or sizing, except where there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- If a stitched item arrives faulty or differs materially from what you ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, remake, or refund at our discretion after inspection.
- To reduce fit issues, please submit accurate measurements at checkout (see our Size Guide) or confirm them with our team before stitching begins.
Always final sale
Discounted/Sale items, and any item marked final sale, cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to request a return
- Email sales@emaanaftab.com (or message us on WhatsApp) with your order number and reason within the window above.
- Our team confirms eligibility and shares return instructions.
- After we receive and inspect the item, approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method, or as store credit for Cash-on-Delivery orders.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
